  The story of TRAITOR started in 2009, when the Balinger Thrash Kommando did the job properly, quitted their various fun projects and released two demos in the same year. "Thrash Metal Victory" and "Inclination To Aggression" gained great support in the underground, so the line of approach was right. After another demo („Nuclear Combat“, 2010), the debut "Thrash Command" was attempted, which was released in 2012 and lived up its name. Unifying the speed of Bay Area Thrash with the rigourness of Teutonic Metal, drummer Andreas Mozer, who is also responsible for the very spitting vocals, and his troops unleashed a barrage of razor-sharp riffs. At the end of 2013 Matthias Koch completed the line-up and with his brutal guitar sound and gave TRAITOR another kick in the buttocks. The successors "Venomizer" (2015) and "Knee-Deep In The Dead" (2018) as well as countless headbanging caused whiplashs, even more played shows and a die hard fanbase are speaking for themselves and proving that the Swabians are anything but a flash in the pan. So it is immediately suggesting itself that in 2019 the time is right to celebrate the tenth birthday and release as a big thank you to the loyal companions a retrospective of one decade of "Teutonic Thrash – straight outta Balingen" Decade Of Revival" features live recordings of the Rock Hard Festival 2018, where TRAITOR played as the "Best Newcomer" voted by the magazine´s readers, and a live DVD documenting their appearance on the legendary Wacken Open Air 2018. As the icing on the cake the Thrash Kommando presents four brand new, previously unreleased and especially for „Decade Of Revival“ recorded songs plus a secret goodie about as far as is known that it's something no metaler outfit should miss.
